How to Make Reservations
 

1. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope your stay will be relaxing and fun.

2. Check the Calendar/Rates page to determine which open dates you would like to reserve.

3. Print the Rental Agreement. Fill it out and mail, email, or fax it to us. Fax number: 888-728-0750

4. We require a $150 refundable deposit and the signed Rental Agreement to secure your reservation. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • You can send a personal check by mail
  • You can call us and we can take your VISA, Master Card, or Discover Card, or checking account information
  • You can use PayPal. When using PayPal, submit the payment to ClicksCondo@yahoo.com
As soon as we receive these two items, your reservation will be secured.
5. To calculate your rental amount, see the
Calendar/Rates page to determine the cost of rental per night, per week, or per month. Add $90 for a cleaning fee. Add $12 per vehicle registration you will need. Add $100 for the pet fee if applicable. Add 11% Alabama lodging tax. That's it! No hidden costs or fees.

6. If your check in date is less than 3 weeks away, full payment for the rental, the $150 refundable deposit and the Rental Agreement are due right away. If your check in date is more than 3 weeks away, your full payment will be due 3 weeks prior to your check in date.

7. After full payment is received, information will be emailed or mailed to you. This information will include instructions for using the coded door lock, directions, and other information. You should receive this information about a week before your check in date.

8. Go to the beach and have a great time! If you should need help with anything, just give us a call at 256-509-1303.

9. Your $150 deposit will be returned to you after your check out date provided there is no damage to the unit.
